INSTRUCTORS
Our class-A instructors will provide you with the knowledge needed to conquer the chrome or defy gravity in any of our aerial classes. Also try any of our other killer workouts wrapped up in a pretty package, such as yoga, stall bar, and mashup classes. At lime light you’ll love what you do to get fit!

Kim is the proud owner of Lime Light Fitness. Her background is in dance, fitness and martial arts. Her degree is in dance from Colorado State University. She has run several dance studios in Fort Collins in the past 20 years, and has taught fitness at the Chicago Health Club and various other studios. She is the Artistic Director for High Performance Dance Theatre, as well as being a 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo from Karate West. Kim is passionate about fitness and artistry, and hopes to bring the mixture of the two to Lime Light Fitness!
